My consults (psychotherapy and hypnotherapy) can either be in french or in english.

I receive patients (adults, teenagers and children) for anxiety issues : sleeping trouble, post traumatic stress disorder, burn-out, phobias, chronic pain…

I’m also specialised in medical hypnosis to : quit smoking, stop compulsive eating, or simply boost your diet and help you get back in shape (after a pregnancy for example).

Reduce stress, regulate and improve the overall well-being is my daily practice.
